To submit a Guarantee request, please call one of our experts at 800-334-5257 and have information available regarding where, when, and from whom you purchased your product. You will then need to mail a proof of service of your Blue Ridge product to:

The proof of purchase you mail in must be postmarked within 60 days of the date of purchase. Please note that you are responsible for costs incurred in mailing your proof of purchase.
