- If the fish that you receive are not in the size range that you ordered, you’re covered.
- If any of your boxes are damaged in transit and loss of fish occurs, you’re covered.

- This guarantee covers only the cost of the fish, and does not cover the cost of freight. The cost of freight may be covered on a limited basis in cases of shipment damage or delay.
