Blue Ridge Koi Drop Ship Policy

Blue Ridge can drop ship fish to your customers. Current drop ship rules:

You must order half, full or heavy counts of items in stock on our Price List and Availability at the time of your order.
Blue Ridge will not accept nor fill requests for specific colors, varieties, etc.
Orders will be shipped in Blue Ridge branded boxes.
Because of the lack of control over the environment that drop ship fish will ultimately call home, the 30 Day Worry Free Guarantee does not apply. Drop ship fish will come with a 48 hour live arrival guarantee. A refund will be issued for DOA fish. Blue Ridge will not ship replacements.
Item not as described complaints will be handled on a case-by-case basis at Blue Ridge’s discretion and must be supported by photo or video evidence.
